  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Marketing, or related field with at least 2 years experience.
  • Proven and relevant experience as a Digital Designer, Web Designer, or similar role with a focus on both creative design and SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and ability to interpret data to drive design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs while ensuring they are optimized for search engines to drive traffic and enhance online visibility.
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with technical expertise to maximize the impact of our digital marketing efforts.

Duties

  • Creative Design:Conceptualize and develop visually engaging designs for various digital marketing materials, including websites, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • SEO Optimization:Implement SEO best practices in design elements such as image alt tags, meta tags, headings, and URL structures to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • User Experience (UX) Design:Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms, focusing on enhancing user experience and increasing engagement.
  • Content Creation:Collaborate with content creators to develop visually compelling multimedia content, including infographics, videos, and interactive graphics, optimized for both user engagement and search engine visibility.
  • Analytics and Optimization:Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and make data-driven design decisions to improve results.
  • Keyword Research:Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and topics, and incorporate them strategically into design elements and content to target specific audiences and improve SEO.
  • Link Building Strategies:Assist in the development of link-building strategies and create visually appealing assets (e.g., infographic outreach) to attract backlinks and enhance website authority.
  • Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketers, content creators, developers, and SEO specialists, to align design efforts with overall marketing and SEO objectives.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in both design and SEO to ensure designs are current and effective.
